1.Less damage

Because the molten metal is isolated from the flame and heated from the bottom of the silicon carbide ceramic crucible, the heat convection function is fully utilized, which is beneficial to the uniformity of charge composition and temperature, avoiding local high temperatures, and reducing oxidation loss and high-temperature volatilization of the precious alloy elements. In general, the metal loss of the crucible furnace is only 1% to 2%, while the furnace without crucible is up to 5% to 25%.
