However, in a wide range of applications, the silicon carbide nozzle will also be damaged. Here are some reasons why the silicon carbide nozzle is damaged:

1.Temperature damage: overheating will have certain damage to the silicon carbide nozzle designed for non-high temperature applications.

2.Accidental damage: In the installation and cleaning, the silicon carbide nozzle may be accidentally damaged due to the use of incorrect tools.

3.Improper installation:Off-center washers, over-tightening, or other positional changes can have undesirable effects.

4.Corrosion and wear: The material on the surface of the silicon carbide nozzle and the inner flow passage gradually becomes larger or deformed, thus affecting the flow rate, pressure and spray shape.

5.Adhesion: Splatter, fog, or chemical accumulation of material on the inside or outside of the edge of the silicon carbide nozzle caused by liquid evaporation can leave a dry solidified layer,and

block the nozzle or internal circulation channel.

6.Blocking: dirt or other impurities in the liquid block the nozzle orifice,thus limiting the flow rate of the nozzle and interfering with the spray shape and uniformity.
